I pass by this place all the time, figured let me stop by & buy lottery tickets. When I say, truly a lack of customer service & poor excuse of a man are under statements. I asked if he was the owner, immediate NO... I can see why not. I asked his name, not saying. No respect for customers, women, or himself. Never going there again.

I went into this place to buy news papers. I am saying it plural because I intended to buy multiples. I asked what the price was on the new york post, he told me $6.00 dollars. I then noticed that it said 1.50 on the paper itself and I told him that the paper said 1.50, at this point he proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask about the post but about the times (which I didn't but I let it go and went on to select what I wanted). When I was about to pay he refused to charge my credit card because he said " I don't even make enough money in these". I asked if he was being serious and he proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to then not to buy them. I told him he did not need to be rude at which time he snatched the news papers from my hand and told me to have "a good day" in a very sarcastic way, I told him I would let everyone I could know how incredibly rude he is and he said "have a good day" basically telling to get out. I could not believe it. Wow. I went to 711 down the block where I bought the same newspapers at .50 cheaper which means he was over charging for them in the first place. Very sad that he doesn't know how to gain and keep customers. Terrible, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Buy here at your own risk of being mistreated.
