If you can judge a venue by its clean restrooms, this spot is clean. Unlike other 7-11s, they are always on top of cleaning their coffee machines daily and they properly stock all the cups and accessories throughout the day. Idk if the owner or manager sees this but can you put the hours the store is open. I hate coming when it’s closed or it’s not open yet.

The staff is super friendly, the store is immaculately kept clean, coffee always fresh and good. It's the only 7 11 I will go to!
