The older woman at the check out desk I believe her name is Kris Has to be by far the rudest and most disrespectful cashier I've ever run into an all the years of trucking Incredibly rude I'll because I wanted the correct receipt for my purchase- try to make it look like I did something wrong because I'm asking for the correct receipt for my purchase it's unbelievable even the other workers agreed that she's rude and said I did nothing wrong if she's so miserable she should find another job she was not only being rude to me but to other drivers as well

Its a typical northeast truck stop, with the typical NE atmosphere. Not enough parking, over utilized and worn down, employees/mechanics stressed and stretched thin. For a TA its pretty nice considering how over used it is. They must try to keep up as best as possible but truck stops in the NE are overrun. Best advice i can give is to reserve a spot as soon as you know you will be in the area.

I've been trucking for years and always stop by this TA for fuel. I would like to address the turn around with the night crew, especially the new clerk Darian. He is amazing; a young gentleman like figure. The overall service and quality received when I stop by is top notch. Keep up the good work night crew. Thank you.

10/13/23Tried to fuel up my truck. Card reader at the pump didn't work, says go inside, see cashier.So I went inside, told the cashier that card reader doesn't work.And the answer was - " I know, it's not work over a year, because it cost 40000$to fix it... "I understand that's a lot of money, but I also understand that fact that everyday hundreds of truckers that used pump 3 make you money, on each gallon of diesel they bought!And you don't have any respect for them....Just put yourself on our place, and imagine that heavy rain or snow, and you have to walk inside twice just because someone want to save money on you....Disrespectful!Every trucker need fuel stations, to keep running, but also every fuel station need truckers to stay in business...., have you ever think about it??? 0 ?stras

Had an oil leak, was told they couldn’t find out where the leak was coming from and told to take it to the dealership. Then charged me $300 in labor cost??♂️ These people are not fixing anything, just making their money by making u wait & then charge u for “inspecting” the problem

I just drove across the country from Arizona and this place had - by far - the cleanest bathrooms than anywhere else that I've stopped at! Kristen and her boyfriend Carmen do a fantastic job with the whole place!

Really decent spot here! Food/Drink: Plenty of snacks, chips, jerky, sweets, taquitos, and fountain drinks. Dinning Area: None. Prices: Relatively inexpensive, minus the big ticket items. Parking: Plenty of space, side and back private lots. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Stock: Plenty of items, all stocked well. Clearly priced, and placed in correct areas. Atmosphere: Very lively, truck stop mostly, but lots of travelers. Staff/Attendants: Staff was Great, Lady at the front cashier was nice, and respectful. Quick process in and out. Nice experience! 8/10

The shop told my reefer have the fuel pump with problem and nothing at all the problem was the fuel filter. inexperienced mechanics
