Since I began volunteering three weeks ago, I see first hand how dedicated the employees and volunteers are. The animals are treated with great care and affection. It is clean and well kept. I have recently adopted a cat and am delighted.

Volunteered here for a month. Excellent environment to be in! All employees/volunteers are absolute pleasures to be around. If you're looking to adopt a kitten/dog/cat, this is for sure the right place to go, especially given all the included benefits, such as shots.

my family came, expecting a wonderful deaf dog to bring home and give all the love we can to. so my partner pays more than required to adopt her (600, when on their site they list dogs at ~300+ on the site provided to petfinder.com and he was told at the shelter she was 540). and because my partner is 18, they happily take the extra money and hide the fact for a little bit that he was "too young to care for a dog". then today, when he went in to take the lovely puppy home, they decided to change their minds; that even though they took the money he still wasnt deemed enough for the dog. continuing the already deep wound, in front of his face gave the dog to another family. when my partner has been calling in to check in, and offered to pay the meds for the infection she had recently. (edit because the review insulted the family who adopted her)

We adopted Calvin on December 5th, my nephew picked out his forever kitten. My nephew is so happy!!Teri helped us find the perfect kitten for our family!!Thank you soooo much!

We have adopted 3 times from them. Lovely lovely caring and compassionate. Compared to other shelters we have been in, they are really great. I can't say enough good things about them. Have had bad experiences with other shelters and that is unfortunate as the goal here is to help suffering and homeless animals. WE ADOPTED three wonderful cat/and kittens. The woman who said negative things, is putting her review up under the wrong shelter review as the dogs there are not the $ she is describing. Why do people do this? You know you love them when you leave them in your will, and we will be leaving them $ from our estate.

I adopted my sweet kitty there in 2009/2010.. She’s an absolute angel!! The people who work and volunteer there are fantastic to deal with, the shelter is clean and has a pleasant smell. Keep up the good work!

This is an animal shelter and animal control Officers are based out of here. They run facility really well to rehab shy animals so that they can be adopted. I got two cats here and they are both amazing cats and a lot of fun for the family... If you're looking for a pet this is a pretty good place to go find one!
