“This guy ships packages using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and even USPS). He has always been helpful and his pick up time by each carrier is later than most places (which means you have a greater chance of your after 5p.m. package will go out that same day with the selected courier over most other places would.I would say if I had a package that I needed shipping, he would be the guy I would drop it off to if I can't make it directly to FedEx, DHL or UPS.”

“The associate helped with the pricing of the large calendars as they were on sales in the store but for more than online. He checked it out and corrected the price. I was a littledisappointed because my daughter-in law asked for a smaller calendar this year and it was $12. Just wasn't on sale.”

Hands-down it’s the people in the shop that make a difference. I had such a great experience here he is now my go to for my shipping and packing. It truly makes a difference when you find yourself in the shop, having to do some thing, categorized more like a task, and somebody makes it a very enjoyable day, and we inspire with life stories, as well as the business at hand— shipping. Another customer, an older US Navy veteran, was having difficulty with an Amazon label. I had the pleasure to witness the two wonderful employees assist the man, by taking pictures of his shipping label and then offering to print it out for him. “The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”

I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back.
