Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. “There’s an overwhelming display of different beds to try but the worker Frank eased us and even took us to a machine which measures what bed is best for you! Frank is an amazing help and an absolutely amazing person! He’s helped my mother purchase her mattress a year ago (which still feels like new) & he’s made the process of buying my bed a breeze today. Gave us a great deal on the bed frames as well.”

“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”

“The Store representative that helped me was stellar - helpful, patient, great advice and ideas - J Webb was fabulous. So far, the scheduling of the actual delivery is a horror. I understand I didn't spend millions, but I paid immediately when I was in the store. I don't think it's so much to expect the same consideration from the store when I know when I need the delivery. I was left to make my own arrangements for removingthe old furniture instead of the store trading out the items. I held up my end - payment and removal plans. I deserved the same consideration after the store got my money. Mr. Webb was great so I wish he'd been able to help me start to finish instead of these other people.”

“The Fairfield store has a newer customer service manager, Dominic De Palma who was a gentleman to deal with and effective at his job. He helped us with a sales situation we had and got it resolved quickly. The store personnel offered us options but in the end we decided we no longer wanted one of the ordered pieces and they refunded our money hassle free. The store sells quality products and the two sales people you should deal with are Lois and Rod, both honest and upfront about everything. Our furniture was built in the USA and came in earlier than expected.”
