“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”

“My wife and I went into the store on July 5th to exchange my wife's phone because it got dropped and cracked on our plane flight to New Jersey. The store associate who helped us, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at our account and told us what the best deal would be with buying a new phone and another promotion that was going on. Hands down, this was the best experience we have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Everyone in the store including the manager, Kenya and the other sales associate, Dan, were a joy to talk to and share some laughs. We cannot heap enough kind words and thank the entire store staff enough. Extra kudos to Juan for his expertise and kindness.”

“This is the 711 I would stop for my morning coffee everyday, the workers are literally the nicest people, everyday they greet me warmly & really help me set the tone for my morning because they're the first people I see! The store is always clean inside, their coffee and carry out food is fresh & to temperature & they're never just sitting around, the store gets pretty busy, but they keep a good pace & the same friendly demeanor and candor with everyone who comes in. I wanted boxed cake mix, organic oatmeal, lemons, and dry dill. The milk I buy is usually out of stock at most places and there was plenty at this location. Full fat Fairlife milk is not always available and it was plentiful and discounted.”
