I didn't get the opportunity to purchase the meal I wanted because, upon approaching the window my order was massively expensive. I explained at the window to the 1st cashier that, We didn't see the Specials for the 4 for ALL. She said you passed it. Myself, and my teenager, and 10 year old. It may have been there, but it wasn't in a clear view, and the prices weren't posted. For the items I ordered, if she asked if I wanted something from that menu, I would have quickly changed it. We ordered no drinks btw. The items weren't worth the price without the deals, so I cancelled and I apologized. She turned and walked away as the window slammed shut. Utterly rude. I have the right to change my mind if the cost was excessively high. An inconvenience of bagging the items ok, I'll accept responsibility. I know Customer service can be very challenging especially, when you're overwhelmed and short staffed. That doesn't entitle you, to be rude and unprofessional. If you can't handle the demands of being in customer service, you might wanna reconsider the type of work you do.

If someone does NOT order cream and sugar in their coffee, don’t put cream and sugar in their coffee.If someone DOES pay extra for a customization on their order, give them what they asked for.It’s REALLY not hard. I have yet to receive an order that’s 100% correct.

The cashier was not very polite, no smile and short answers. The bathroom was not working had to eat my food with a napkin. Can't use hand sanitizer. No apologies, nothing. As for the food, as always good

They didn't serve me well, I ordered a potato with chili and one with extra cheese and extra bacon and I had to complain because they didn't give me the correct one and when I complained they didn't want to give me things as they were, they have bad treatment, I will never go back to that Wendy's again That is always empty because of the bad service they provide.
