Overall, my experiences at the Bloomfield Verizon store was enjoyable. I was treated as a valued customer and the representatives were knowledgeable and professional. The environment was clean and wholesome. I certainly look forward to many more years of service with this outstanding team.

The gentleman helped me last week and told me come back Monday because he had off. He had my new phone and everything set up. Didn’t wait long and he was helping many others at the same time.I’m not sure what his name was. Extremely helpful and doing so much alone. Promote that man

The Verizon store on Glenwood Ave in Bloomfield. Thursday March 28. I was in the store at around /pm and could not have received better service and a kinder saleswoman than I did. She was absolutely unbelievably and knew her job inside and out. I forgot to ask her name but I would highly recommend this store and this particular person if you need assistance. I can’t say enough good things about the experience

Elijah Rivers is a great employee , and he’s good at multitasking. However it’s ridiculous on the fact that he has to do it in the evenings . Been here multiple times and it’s long to wait to get serviced for the simplest things because it’s ONLY him working. This is how employees get burnt out, he needs help for the evening hours . Unfair to have 3-4 sometimes 5 customers here patiently waiting just for ONE rep . 5 stars for Elijah <3 , 2 for the wait time

This Verizon Wireless Victra store is great! (Much more efficient than one of the Verizon Wireless corporate stores in NJ I used in the past.) Very special kudos to Elijah Rivers, the wonderful rep who helped me upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to the 15 Pro Max - along with a new iWatch. He's a super knowledgeable tech-head, very patient, well-mannered, and very attentive to customer needs. Great sense of teamwork with his associates with a cheerful welcome!! Bravo!

Certainly the best Verizon Wireless store (Victra) in New Jersey. I've been to a corporate Verizon Wireless store in NJ - and there's no comparison. Seek out Elijah Rivers, the wonderful rep there. Super knowledgeable, attentive and patient, he's outstanding. Good teamwork ethos throughout the store and a welcoming atmosphere. Elijah helped me upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to the new 15 Pro Max -- couldn't be more pleased! He's a gem.
