We had a repast to present and GTV Rental came to the rescue at the 11th hour and I am so thankful. Dan and the whole team were so professional from start to finish. I will definitely recommend them for any future events. It was a pleasure and a comfort dealing with them.

Wish I could zero rating for this place. I received a 3/25 dirty chairs and I do not mean dust; the chairs had some kind of yellow foodstuff on the entire seat but I chose to clean it up as I only opened up the chairs on the day of my event. The bags the chairs came in were busted up badly and dirty. Not sure why they have five star reviews when their customer service is horrendous. The manager? is downright rude and had no customer service skills to listen to my questions and advise me. They had my card on file but he credited my security fee to my sister's card as she picked up the chairs for me. Not sure why he would do that when my card was used to hold the deposit. When I inquired, he said I was told that and he was wrong. I was told they will my card and that will be charged. There was no mention that the the security fee would be taken from someone else's card as that topic NEVER came up prior. He is full of himself and just a person with a nasty attitude. I won't be using their services again and no referrals.

June is the busiest month of the year for these guys and they are very professional and respectful. It would be impossible to be able to pickup all the graduation and wedding orders and tents without starting early. A noise ordinance says a noise curfew is from 10 pm to 7 am. So the fact that some people do not agree with that ordinance is a personal issue. They do great work and come highly recommended. Some people seem to have issues with just about anything these days. Stay blessed one and all.

Who comes into a residential neighborhood to take down multiple tents at SEVEN AM...banging and workers loudly conversing is waking my family up. So glad my neighbors across the street chose you...NOT!!!

Grand True Value Rental of Bloomfield was fantastic! They provided all of the rentals for our wedding on 3/12/22. The prices were very reasonable and the items were beautiful and in great shape. They were also professional and extremely easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

If you’re looking for heavy duty tools , renting a couple of chairs for a get together or a bouncy ? castle for a kiddie party!!! This spot is perfect!! Friendly, knowledgeable people are waiting to assist you here!! I really enjoyed my visit, and most definitely enjoyed the price I paid for the heavy duty tool I needed to properly sand down my deck! Thanks Dan for making this rental easy for us!! You guys rock ?!! We were so pleased, this will definitely be our go to place when in the need of your services!!
