“Fully stocked, nice garden area, ample parking. Minus 1 star for customer service. It's difficult to get assistance because the staff is usually chatting with eachother or on their phone. If you can get help then they're great and knowledgeable but until then, you may get a headache trying to get assistance. I'll still come back.”
“It could be better to give clear instructions on the address because we lost a lot of time changing from a location to another. Also the equipment requested for rental was not there. We really needed them. After we found the right location, the process was easy and clear. Also u-haul customer service was efficient, attentive, fast and responsive.”
