Lived there since 2013, before new construction in the area began, would have recommend the pace. It was an old building but rent was inexpensive and property managers were responsive to the very few requests that were maid, close to Manhattan trains. Then 3rd property manager came, Frank something, with main offices in parsippany NJ. Why Antagonize tenants if you can't respond to simple maintenance requests ?Failed to return security deposit or provide reason why with in due time. Broken every landlord tenant law I am aware of, including relation for complaining about poor job performance.Failed to maintain, ignoring maintenance requests or responding in antagonizing and threatening manner.Filed false police reports in an attempt to maliciously prosecute, and harass, utilizing resources of local police department, courts, troy towers attorneys and his position of power. He accused of crimes 2 times and the 3rd time never made it to court. Was calling police on me and sending antagonizing emails strategically to disturb observance of religious holidays.I had to get my own heating and cooling units because those that came with apartment were never operational, moldy outside, filthy inside, leaking water that damaged the floors.I think he spent most of his days working out in a gym that he build for himself and writing himself positive online reviews.Nauseating smell in hallways is also worth mentioning. It took him over 2 month to fix a sealing flood in my shower, that paint job needed to be redone few month later, paint was getting moldy. The rest of the apartment, paint chipping off when you clean it with a wet sponge. After smoking ban, people started to smoke indoors instead of their balconies so the smell of pot and cigarettes would wake you up.Please have your parssippany businessman remit payment for double the security deposit with applicable interest, for failure to conduct business in good faith.

Our 2/2 is super spacious with plenty of closets. The terrace faces NYC and the park, which creates a great space for outdoor seating and entertaining. The neighbors are pleasant and we have never had an issue or noise complaint. The location is PERFECT!!!For sure the building is dated and is in need of some updates, but overall, for the price we paid, we are super happy.

Location is a plus to commuters and park and some local restaurants. Elevators always breaking down, bug/roaches...HUGE NEGATIVE AND EVERYTIME SOMEONE MOVES OUT OR IN THIS GETS WORSE! WATER problems, pipe issue and leaks even in the basement and they just do band-aid jobs, air-conditioned/ central air-conditioned is still not fixed and instead they have a huge piece outside taking up 6 car spots to keep some type of cold air pumping. Garbage room door is always opened allowing critters to go in. Flooding in apartments go on as well. But yet the state enforcement of new rules in place yet they do not do anything to help/ or just continue to raise the rent when these things or a front door us not working as another example.

Great Location with train to NYC across the street. The property manager Frank is great, I had issues with my neighbors and he was able to move me to a better apartment upon request!

I had a great experience at Troy Towers. From a smooth leasing process to on-site property management, building maintenance, and security; to a great location and value for money; to an equally smooth move-out process, I recommend it enthusiastically. I had a spacious unit with a balcony for significantly less than nearby properties. The location is prime, virtually an extension of NJ Transit's Bloomfield Station, not to mention being located right next to Watsessing Park. All those trees and greenery really set Troy Towers apart from the competition.

Great place! Very quiet. You don't hear the trains go by. Staff and neighbours are very friendly. I work out of Newark Airport so the bus stop outside the apartment gate makes it extremely easy to commute. Would highly recommend

I have been residing in Troy Towers for last three years. This is a very good building and really convenient for folks commuting to the city. The NJT train stop with direct connection to new york penn and Hoboken is literally across the street. The building itself is not fancy and the apartment units are not luxury or brand new, but they are well maintained and given the price point, I believe it's the best deal in and around Bloomfield. Many units have a huge deck that adds to the attraction, especially if you are residing on higher floors. Property management is very responsive - issues are fixed right away after reporting. Frank , the property manager is very responsive, always available with a genuinely warm demeanor. The maintenance folks are all super cool. One last thing, it's a gated community , so safety and security wise it's perfect. The only negative side to the place is that the assigned public school isn't top of the notch but it's not the problem of the building per say.. Another issue sometimes is parking which can get filled up pretty fast as there's no assigned outdoor parking spot. Overall, I would highly recommend any prospective tenant to move in

From touring the apartment, to the application process, to moving in, our transition into Troy Towers has been phenomenal. The apartment has a newly renovated, beautiful and very spacious kitchen that allows us to enjoy a great home cooked meal. It also consists of a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with a balcony overseeing the park. The premise is consistently kept clean and well maintained. The staff are professional, super friendly, and generous. Frank, the building manager is awesome, he made sure that our move was smooth and is always available in case any further questions come up.We normally drive everywhere so being close to the parkway is a plus and there is never an issue of being able to find a spot no matter the time. It is also super convenient living near the NJ Transit making it easier for family and friends to visit. The supermarket is also located down the street along with many restaurants to try new food at. Overall, we are extremely happy and love that we picked Troy Towers to be our new home.

The location is convenient, with the train station and the bus stop just outside the apartment complex. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a park adjacent to the building. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation and has great views. Frank is amazing and was very helpful with my leasing process, and the maintenance requests are taken care of immediately.

It was pleasure living here. Everything you need and want is in distance. Staff was great. When it comes to repair as long as the pieces were available everything was fixed in a timingly manner. With the backlog of the supply chain certain items were delay, which understandable. Not perfect but has alot to offer.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Complex has all amenities you can ask for and is an excellent location. Easily accessible to public transit for local NJ travel or NYC commuters. Surrounding area offers plenty of excellent restaurants and bars for entertainment.
