“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“I called and needed a tow from nj to ny and immediately Marty was attentive, kind and helpful on getting a truck out to help me. Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice. Marty and Ray were not like those other tow truck companies where you call for a tow and the person picking up are angry grumpy frustrated and just have nasty attitudes. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“Very thankful for Troy and ECRB towing today! We had an emergency situation when my car abruptly stopped driving when I was with my son. ECRB was dispatched from our local police and Troy quickly arrived to help. He was so kind and helpful and wanted to try the most efficient ways to get us home quickly. First he jumped the car and told me to drive around the block so he could feel comfortable that I could get all the way home safely. Well the car literally stopped and I am so grateful he asked me to test it because we would have to wait again!! He then towed the car to my home safely. Once there, he troubleshooted and jumped the car again to make sure we could close the windows and lock the car since it was on the street. He gave me great advice on how to contact the dealership tonight (which I didn’t know was an option and the dealership actually came and got the car within two hours for free). Now my car is at the dealership so I don’t have to worry about it overnight and tomorrow. Troy was so kind and empathetic to me having a young kid during this ordeal and was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend ECRB!”
