I came here last night (11/17/23) and got help from the sweetest most adorable worker ever. Steven was so helpful, kind, pleasent and personable - all the qualities you’d hope for in a worker that’s assisting you (and a human being in general ?). IMO he should be running that store which, I dont doubt he’ll be running a store eventually.Other than the amazing customer service I received, the store was very clean, organized and bright. The process of getting the new iPhone was easy and seemless. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my time here which normally, I despise going to cellphone stores. I feel they’re always crowded, long wait times and overall not fun. But this location was different. They just did everything right so much so that they should use this store as an example for other stores to strive to be like.This will now be my go to T-Mobile. 5 stars across the board. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called in before coming in and was told the two phones I wanted were in stock, said I’d be in 10 minutes to pick them up. The guy who I spoke to on the phone, Miguel said no problem. I show up, and was informed the phones were sold right before I walked into the store by victor. Who seemed bothered by the fact I was there. The moment I sat down, he kept saying he couldn’t help because they were about 40 minutes to close. I was just trying to get the two new phones and do everything else at home. Terrible customer service from victor.

I really hesitated to leave a bad review but after my experience here now, I have to warn other customers tk heed the prior reviews. I waited 40 minutes to be helped. After a rep was freed up I politely approached him as I was next in store to which he went to another couple on the couch behind me teling me he was helping someone else. After about 10 minutes with them, a gentlemen’s who entered the store after me, jumped to his desk to which he said he would help him despite him seeing I was still waiting. When I approached the desk I asked the rep again why he was skipping me to which he said “I’m only gonna take his payment, then I can help you”This is abysmal customer service, no organization or care, I promptly told the rep I would be going to a different location.PLEASE AVOID this location at all costs

Worst customer service ever, the disrespect, the face making , the way they look at you just make you wait on purpose is disgusting, they treat people like trash and only care and commission, calling the T-Mobile comps today for this horrible experience and won’t let this happen with anyone else

I would like to give many Thanks to a Mobile (whiz) Expert at this store on 2/25/23. His customer service was exceptional. He has the patience of a saint. Tyrone Douglas is his name. I’m a senior with a small of amount of tech savvy. I needed to transfer my data to a new phone. His patience impressed me the must. He explained and gave me recommendations I could understand and phone works perfectly.I recommend you give him a hefty bonus ($500) and clone him. His skills and talents can’t be matched. THANK YOU again Tyrone Douglas. Much appreciated. MJA

Gabriela was very helpful and bright spirited, she not only activated my phone service, she chased after me in the lot, to inform me that I left my old phone (which is worth around $1000) in the store... she is definitely a credited T-mobile employee... THANX!!!

The worst services possible. We waited for more than 30 minutes after the manager saw me and said I have to Wait my turn. 2 new customers had came in after me and they got helped first. when I had asked why those people got helped first he responded with an attitude. The people working were very unhelpful and just rude overall. not happy with this service

After having many issues coming from Mint Mobile and trying to port over to Verizon and them cancelling my port in and keeping my phone numbers in limbo. I arrived at this store after speaking with Steven on the phone and explaining the situation. He went above and beyond and got me and my wife ported into T-mobile and was able to answer every question I had for him. Most helpful and informed sales rep. Ask for Steven!

Worse store I ever been to.I have multiple personal lines and over 100 on my business account. One thing is for sure I’ll never come back to this store.I felt like I was bothering the sales guy Tyrone.I reside right behind the store and was so exited to have them so close to me for all my T-Mobile needs but after this experience I’d rather drive an hr somewhere else.I wish I could give them less than one star.
