I just wanted to give the biggest shoutout to the grocery manager, John! One of my pregnancy cravings has been this very specific chip and they were out of stock but he was determined to get these in ASAP for me. He told me to come back in today and if they weren’t there to contact him and he’d make sure they get them. Lo and behold, the shelves were totally stocked! So grateful to John - not only for getting the chips but for his incredible kindness and going above and beyond along the way. It was SO appreciated and made this pregnant girl feel a lot less crazy for a silly craving ? Thank you, John!! So happy to have such wonderful management at our local grocery store.

The self check out ladies need to be fired immediately. They are disrespectful and hostile esp old african american chubby one. No the first time i noticed acting as if ppl doing a favor to them for shopping there

Did a pick up order , but it was definitely a little confusing as a first timer.
So if youre doing a curbside pick up order , the parking spot for this is behind the Shoprite , right next to the EVgo charging station. ????

Best ShopRite I drive out of my way to go to. The automatic shopping carts are a huge time saver at the register and all the produce is fresh.

Give Gina in the catering department a raise! She is the most valuable asset at ShopRite period. Gina goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your catering order. She returns your phone calls and confirms your order with you. She builds a relationship with each and every client EVERY TIME! I will literally continue to cater through ShopRite because of Gina.

Decent store when it comes to product availability but below average produce and very few sales. Brookdale Shoprite is a prime example of how price gouging seems to continue to drive inflation. I cannot tell if the store is responsible for the increases or the manufacturers but other local stores seem to offer better sales. Since the pandemic, prices have steadily increased at this store. I fear that they have created new baseline prices for even staple items.

I went to pay (June 23 2024) between 9:45 PM and 9:53 PM, and there was a kid in the self-checkout area who had no enthusiasm for working because I asked him something and he didn't want to help. I had to ask a second time for him to help me. He did help, but with a very bad attitude. Mr. Manager, please pay attention‼️
