Incredibly unfriendly, rude and unhelpful attendant. Pulled in after a break down to get out of the traffic on Watchung. While I was trying to figure out what to do, attendant rudely started yelling that I couldn't pull in. Wouldn't even discuss looking at my car. Had to crawl onto a side street to wait for a tow

Gas prices are crazy high. 50 cents or higher than most places.. it’s cheaper to stay on the parkway and get gas.I also think there is a husband and wife who live in their car parked in the parking lot. It’s weird to get out of your car and see them sleeping or staring at you like you did something wrong.

Accident waiting to happen pulling in and pulling out right near the parkway exit. Junky cars parked there are an eyesore. Do better, find a better place for fuel.

High prices. And difficult to drive in/out.

This place is disgusting. There is a video going around on social media of the owner locking out people who were about to drown during the flood.

Owner locked people out of his gas station during the storm. Owner is absolutely a trash of a human being.

Horrible experience at this gas station. I will never take my car here again. The gas attendant tried to blame a "faulty sensor" in my car when his gas nozzle didn't shut off after filling my tank (causing gas to gush out from my car). Dead serious, even said that plastic gas cans have the same type of sensors that signal the nozzle to automatically shut off. Is he really that ignorant to the fact that the nozzle on the end of the fuel hose has a sensor? Or was he just lying? One may never know. He also had the nozzle barely sticking in to the opening of the gas tank to begin with which was very irresponsible plus he was extremely rude. I can't believe he tried to blame my car for his own negligence. Unbelievable. Will never go back.

I had work done on a Lexus RX 350 that was used but low mileage and babied by my family. I took the car there because it was close and the owner/mechanic appeared to know what he was doing. After 3 days of waiting and calling he finally said I could pick it up.

After 3 days of waiting and calling he finally said I could pick it up. Long story short, Almost $1000 later, there were some belts that required adjustment (I've been told by 4 or 5 good mechanics) that were a requirement on that job or the engine could be shot-I drove it less than 4 miles and cane back to the shop as all the lights and check engine came on. Of course he didn't acknowledge anything, even offer a discount, but there was no way to prove he hadn't done his job, but the mechanics my family took the car too babied it like my parents, and the current problem was new. Never again. I would never take a car there again. Try Moe's in Clifton. He's very fair and a very good mechanic.

Way overpriced. Gas service is super slow. Not sure why the attendant doesn't wear a uniform like the other stations.

They filled me up with $50 worth of gas then charged me twice. Luckily my bank was straight in touch questioning the transaction and stopped the double payment. BS

I asked the employee a question and he was very rude, plus gasoline is extremely expensive, almost 5 dollars for a gallon when the others are 3 and 3 and 10

This was hands down the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. Took my 2009 Camry in because it wouldn't start and this place is down the street from me. Was given a whopping $6,000 estimate over the phone a couple hours after I dropped it off which included every thing from soups to nuts needed, supposedly, to fix my car. I was told $2,100 was necessary just to get the thing drivable. That figure included, rounding up, an alternator ($1100), front brakes ($340), front tires ($490), broken rear bulb ($40) and oil change ($40). The other stuff which needed to be done "pretty quickly" included front struts, belt and bearings, a tune up and radiator hoses. And some other stuff I was too shell shocked to even write down. Now you may be able to tell that I don't know much about cars. Nonetheless, this amount seemed staggering, particularly since my car is only worth like $4-5000. I started talking to friends, coworkers and randos and was greeted with the same skepticism. I decide to tow it someplace else the next morning. I meet the tow truck driver there at 10 am and wait despite hardly any other customers for a HALF HOUR to settle up on whatever diagnostic fee was going to be charged and get a written estimate, because I am pretty sure they were trying to screw me. One guy is in the shop and gives the cashier my keys and another arrives about 10 minutes into this. Not sure which one was Daniel, who gave me the estimate, but both were well aware why I was there. I finally tell the cashier that I can't wait any longer and tell her to have someone call me if I'm being charged and I would come back and also I want the written estimate. The other mechanic came in at 900 to fix my car and moments later Daniel left a menacing voicemail for me (which I saved in case I "disappear" because of this post) threatening to CALL THE COPS TO REPORT I HAD STOLEN MY OWN CAR and to come in to pay the diagnostic fee to "settle this nice". WTF??? I was perfectly willing to pay a reasonable fee for his time and waited half an hour to do so that morning, before I knew he was just trying to pull a scam. When I call back (and I was pissed because of the whole weird cops thing) he tells me it's like 169 and my fatal flaw in all this was not calling him in advance to tell him I'm going to have it towed someplace else. At this point I'm not giving them a single dime. I'm not certain my car was ever even looked at. Like I will never ever go back there for any reason because they're scams and Daniel is SCARY. Also- nothing was wrong with my alternator. Got a new battery, front disk brakes, rotors, two front tires and an oil change. New guy said nothing else is wrong with my car. Not even the $40 broken bulb, which I thought was odd because i had never noticed it.
