This is my 2nd time coming to this branch and the customer service was terrible i have to drive to east orange just to get good service. First off the African American manager is rude. I was explaining to her a situation i just had got off the phone with Santander customer service and they told me to ask for a manager directly !!! So i did when i get into the branch she brushes me and pushes me to somebody else and they couldn’t help me. She did this just to be on her phone loudly on TikTok. Why become a manager if you just aren’t going to help. I wouldn’t recommend this bank at all.

Worst place. Went to open an account. The manager didnt accept copy of my wife’s us passport. Send us home. We came home and opened account. How ridiculous???

Our governor announced that banks would be helping borrowers. Called the bank in Cedar Grove today and Lawrence told me that to date they are doing nothing to help out. How terrible is that? All other banks are given 3 month deferments, etc. When is Santander going to get on board and help the people who are clients of this bank?

outstanding service. I came in, met with a banker and was done in about 10 minutes. This branch is 10,000x more professional than the branch on washington ave.

Best Santander branch with an awesome staff. I've been banking here for years and they really have my loyalty because of the people there. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The branch manager there is a true asset. Jason always has a a smile on his face and knows many a customer by first name. I would highly recommend this branch and working with the knowledgeable bankers here.

Horrible hours and robots walking around inside with no personality. I closed my account in days. Do yourself a favor and don't bank here or any Santander for that matter
