Locations in Bloomfield is very poorly managed and has been for quite some time. More importantly customers that qualify for OTC products have a VERY hard time using their benefits because management refuses to fix the problem frustrating the person; they really need to get this issue resolved. Usually low in ailments products at times.

Went in to get a script filled while traveling for work. In and out in under 10 minutes. Could not have been a better experience. I just wish I could get this kind of service back home in Chicago.

I tried to have a prescription transferred over to this store from CVS and I received an email that it was ready for pickup. I went to the pharmacy and the transfer didn't go through. I was told the pharamist have to speak with each other for it to go through. If that's the case doing it online should not be an option. I gave the lady at the counter all my information and name of the prescription. She said I should receive a text when it's ready. That was on Jan 27th...it's Feb 5th and I still haven't gotten a text or a call. I've gotten my prescriptions here before in the past and they just reminded me why I stopped going here. Never again.

There is a young male pharmacist who always helps me out. He's super sweet and an outstanding worker. Even recommended how I should treat a wound I had, and it healed up fast! Outstanding service

This is a great store. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, particularly a man named Craig- he can probably solve any problem there!! Anyway, good, clean store with a great $1 aisle and really nice people:)
