I originally had been coming to this store for years, since I was a young adult. So I do understand, that the unprofessionalism and mess is really just part of the location and ‘vibe’ of the store. But it’s never really been a true issue until today. Normally , pick what I need and pay. No pleasantries , no assistance-it’s an exchange that works. However, TODAY was just a bit more than “letting it be” . I was shopping around , and clothes were on the floor , items mixed up and if there was an employee on the floor to assist I unfortunately didn’t see them. My negative review comes from this- after I had selected my items, I went to check out. There was a customer in front of me who seemingly was trying to return many many items, and they were having trouble (phone calls were being made - cards not matching etc.) so I waited as expected. Another buyer begins to shy up to the register and asks to go ahead of me since she only had 1 item. I had about 13 or so. Not thinking much of it, I said sure. We both wait and this customer doing the return is still being tended to. For a LONG while. At some point , the customer ahead decided to return to the floor to browse. It took at least 10 minutes for another employee to come up and open another register to assist. At that point I approach, and was then told to allow another customer to go first since she has few items. I wasn’t asked , it wasn’t a request - I was just told “her first”. I took a moment- and decided I didn’t want to purchase my items anymore. I put them in a pile near the front and went to a different store a few minutes away. Almost 15 minutes of waiting patiently, to be overlooked as a consumer wasn’t pleasant and just goes beyond “it is what it is”

I was literally charged twice for the same pants!! I couldn’t go back because it’s a drive but the worker was careless and i think did it on purpose i was in a rush and didn’t even notice the price at checkout seemed more than what i thought but i was in a rush that didn’t even notice intill i was to far

The only downside is that it's a plus-size store. The store is so overcrowded with fixtures that you can't walk through without hurting yourself or knocking items down to the ground. Please, they need to correct that.

The staff are very nasty, unhelpful, and treat you like your bothering them. And the style sucks. Hopefully the vibes change for better.

Going to rainbow today while shopping I lost my bag. I asked a worker there if she seen a crocheted bag which she said Yes that its in the front. When I went to the front to ask for the bag and big and wide black lady gave me an attitude and was snobby towards me she asked me for my name and I told her the worker told me the bag was in the front. To which she screamed by my ear the workers name asking about the bag. When the worker finally confirmed that the bag was mine she held the bag towards me pinching it between her pointer finger and thumb and held it like if was garbage. Throughout the entire interaction she was rude and disrespectful. This isn’t the first time this worker was rude and disrespectful and from the other reviews I read i’m not only one she’s been rude and snobby towards.She uses her position in the store to be rude, disrespectful. And neglectful towards customers while giving an attitude.

My favorite store ? I always shop there, it's my style and the prices are cheap and there are many discounts. You can exchange it if it doesn't fit or you don't like it for another item of clothing or money ?

Only because I couldn’t give 0 stars THE MANAGER IS RUDE! The staff is so nice but there is a manager there that is big and has an attitude problem! I hope corporate responds to not only emails but my phone calls. That lady does not deserve a job… I understand why the other comments say poor customer service .. there needs to be a customer service training! That manager does not know boundaries in business and professionalism and should LOSE HER JOB!

Their very unpleasant people in there, a very grim and sad work environment. You'll feel stupid trying to be nice to people in there ?. The Indian manager wasn't nice, neither was the big black chick that was at the register. I was there just now at 11 am Thursday 2022. I said Good morning and how are you to her, only to get a look and a shrug.

To give them a 0 was not an option so I gave one star so I could write this for you. The store manager needs customer service training.she has no people skills whatsoever. I have never experienced anyone Who is so unhappy with their job and what seems to be their station in life.
