Good selection of clothes… but the customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS! From the cashiers to the floor staff! Makes you not even want to purchase anything EVER

Visited this location yesterday( 06/21/23) around 630-7pm & i must say the older lady behind the register, whom I'm assuming is the manager on duty was VERY RUDE, I asked her where can i locate an item that was hung by the shoes & her response was "where ever you found that 1", mind you i did not place that item there, but it did catch my attention so I wanted to find my size. I replied "ma'am this was already here, but im interested. She then proceeded to say, "you have to look on the floor, maybe its near the entrance racks" I changed my mind after that response & just paid for the items i had in my hand. She rang my items up & didnt even tell me the total. I looked on the pinpad. She needs to be coached on her service... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!

They close their doors whenever they want. Got here 45 mins before closing and the doors are locked and th3 lady inside just looking at us through the window. Horrible.

I went looking for employment and one worker pointed out the Spanish lady w/curly hair. No help. She lied to me, said they weren't hiring, approx. 3 days before Thanksgiving.

All of the workers their are extremely rude and have no respect for the people shopping(basically the people that are putting money in their pockets). I purchased a couple items, and then later realize that the item I saw the worker charge me on wasn't in the bag. Is it wrong to assume she would’ve had the decency to give me all the items I paid for???? Anyways 0/10 wouldn’t recommend ?.

If I can give zero stars I would, place opens at 10am, I went in trying to find something for a gift and the lady working there was so rude, at 10am she was dragging the clothes out and gave me a bad face when I came in to browse the clothes, nothing compare to the Rainbow next door which they were ready at 10am for customers, you open at 10am and at 10:15 you just dragging clothes out because you were too busy talking and don’t want paying customers there, hey lady I’ll could of pay for your salary but I guess you hate your 9-5 too much that it annoys you having potential customers there.First and last time I’ll visit this place. And thank you for basically kicking me out of the store with your nasty attitude

I've been there several times since my first encounter. A sales associate helped me with my purchases and even recommended hairstyles and earrings to complete the outfit. They have so much to choose from and always have my size which elsewhere does not. I come back every season to buy new clothing. I love this place!!!
