Ironically this survey popped up while i waited another hour after the first 7 hours for the origional task.This place was a rip off this time...I've been here before without a problem. I came in to have my brakes checked and was told that they were fine....but they found another issue $584.00....when I picked up vehicle the same issue still existed, I took mechanic for a rode and he said that it was a shield. So.....when another mechanic checked he said the rear pads were bad....ANOTHER 450.00 unexpectedly so now I have to pay additional mo ies because the me hanic didn't check !!!! $584.00 Lesson learned, family of customers lost....FOREVER

I took my Hyundai Sonata to this place because of a noise and I was told I needed struts. So I left car there then later got a call from (I think name was Rashi or something similar) who told me they were having trouble getting the new struts on (they were not fitting) but before I got there to pick my car up I got another call from (I think name was Adam) who said everything was ok now they were able to get struts on and I could pick car up. So I came and paid $945.06 and left. But came back several times after that because car was still sitting low and hitting bumps very hard (the car actually seemed worse than when I brought it in) but Rashi refused to even try to help resolve the situation. So now I have been told recently told that I need shocks…but just paid Quality Auto all that money only 8 months ago….so something is definitely wrong here….what did they do to eventually be able to get the struts on that were not fitting at first? I will definitely be filing a law suit!!!

These guys are great. My initial problem has been confirmed fixed, and they performed a state inspection to my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I picked up a nail somewhere between Georgia and New Jersey which caused a fast leak. Quality Tire took me in as soon as they opened and patched the tire at a reasonable cost and fast service. I've recommended this shop to relatives living nearby. Thanks, Quality!
