Faizan, the Banking Center Manager, didn't seem helpful or wanted to be there at all. Took way too long to just open a safe deposit box, he ended up transferring us to George, who was more helpful.

The only person the she offer me to help me was a Spanish speaking Hilda and her voice sounds like Cuban. I think the she is the best worker on the entire Bank. I normally go to empire Bank. I like her service..
