I booked a trip from Brooklyn to Jersey City. I called to confirm the trip and the person told me that the trip was in the system and I'm all set.I asked to confirm the price of the trip and I was transferred to another person who was very rude and hostile to me on the phone. He told me he cancelled the trip because he wasn't in my area and I need to use another service but he was so rude and hostile in the way he was talking to me. I was disgusted with his behavior. Their 1 star reviews are well earned.

This is no good because this app isn't letting me log in no matter what I'm trying to do . Even when changing my password, it still eont let me log in..this is ridiculous and don't waste your time with is app!_

One of their drivers tried to charge my grandmother $20 for an $8 ride. She asked for the cost of the ride before they drove off which was $8 and when they reached her apartment she only had a $20 on her. She gave him the $20 and he decided she owed him a $12 tip. She said she needed the $12 back and he threw a 10 and 2 singles on the ground then drove off. My grandmother has a bad back and needed to bend down to pick it up and her back has only been getting worse. If you value yourself and your family dont give them patronage.

It's good. They always know how to get to where i have to go and they're friendly but the time from when i call to when they come used to b a lot faster. Once they kept me waiting so long a stranger offered to take me home

DO NOT use this service! The website and app look nice, but they do not perform all of the functions/services they claim to be able to do! I have used this booking company six times from 11/4/19 - 12/3/19 and I have decided to stop using it for these reasons:1. Their website, smartphone app and phone service are NOT SYNCHRONIZED. This means that if you book transportation using your account with one of these technologies, it will not show up on the other technologies.2. Their website and smartphone app will NEVER display past and future booked trips as it states. The only message that appears is, "No data available!"3. The website and smartphone app cannot book two trips scheduled for the same day. It will process ONE only, and drop or incorrectly process the other. I experienced this twice. The first time, the taxi arrived at the wrong location. The second time, the confirmation email did not appear in my inbox.4. The tracking device on the smartphone app does NOT work all of the time.5. Customer service representatives are not trained to answer questions about how the website and app work. They schedule or cancel transportation bookings only. Upon scheduling, they will NOT provide the name of the driver, description of the vehicle, send you a confirmation email or make changes to your account.So, here is the lesson I learned ...It is best to schedule immediate or future transportation bookings by calling the taxi cab company directly. Dealing with this service is not necessary.
