We have been using Marsha for 3 years now and we love and appreciate her so much. We have multiple w-9 and 1099s and she was knowledgeable in making sure we were filing all the correct paperwork, numbers and helped get the most from our taxes. Last year we moved to a different state and she was even knowledgeable with the new state thankfully. Thank you Marsha, we recommend you to everyone!

This was my 2nd time back, since last year. I didn’t want to come back but I couldn’t find anyone else.Our tax preparer was professional each time meeting with her, last year and this year. And surfaced level friendly each time, however this year my experience was not as good as I expected.It appeared to me my tax preparer had little interest in the overall meeting. She showed very low interest in suggesting options to receive a better return. I had to ask about this and that in efforts to gain the return I have, almost like I could have done it myself.Although my tax preparer appeared to be knowledgeable and professional, the experience was overall low and left a negative stain with me.My tax preparer’s focus was on not having me pay back the IRS, which I appreciated, it made me feel a little uncomfortable by her reminding me “at least you don’t owe the IRS.”Also, I wished when I called to make the appointment I would have been informed that the price for the service had increased since last year, so that I could have made my decision to not make the appointment.I was informed of the price increase at the end of the service when it was time to pay, and in my opinion I felt like it was way too expensive. For example, my return was $300, & I was charged $272 for the service. ?For those reasons I will not be back. Good luck to any of your future customers.

Marsha Webb is the BEST. She has really helped me get every penny in places that the other tax programs would miss. She is always up to date with the newest tax rules and answers questions along the way (I had quite a lot since I was opening a new small business). And most importantly... Ms. Web is professional however, she did not help give me a good refund. Second she told me the wrong refund amount. Her fees are high for what she offers. And when I went to a new account to fix my taxes, she did not put a copy of the taxes in the folder. So I have to track her Dow for my info! Will not be back.

I do like the service I received. Marsha and her associate do their best to be professional. However, two years in a row I have not recieved my NJ state taxes since I have filed at New Century Tax in Bloomfield. That has never happened to me in my history of filing my taxes with other preparers therefore I find it quite strange that my tax return has gone missing twice while working with Marsha. I did have a pleasant experience speaking on the phone with her associate yesterday trying to square everything away except today when I went to check my email a copy of my transactions have not yet been sent to me as per our discussion. It seems too good to be true and when it comes to money thats not an area to play with. I can't believe they have not yet sent me an email since today is my only day off for work I will now have to wait until next week, another day to take care of this. I call the location and nobody answers. Completely unacceptable. I thought this place was great but apparently they lack a sense of urgency and something odd is there is no regard to the customers refund if my state taxes has gone missing not just one year but two in a row. They had just one job, and for the price I payed I expected it to be done. Now I have to play cat and mouse to track down the copies of my paperwork. That, is unnacceptable and I am appalled. My patience has been supreme during this time. Do go to Marsha if you want nice service but do stay on top of it or otherwise your check may never arrive.
