Lynne’s Subaru is the best Subaru dealership around. Not to mention the staff is amazing. I certainly believe that they have the right staff to carry the dealership to new heights. Please do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for service. My 2013 Subaru Impreza that has 130k miles has been serviced here for years and kept in top shape because of the quality work that was put into it and quality parts. Crossed over from a Kia to Subaru. Was in the market for a certified pre-owned. My sales rep Miguel Sanchez matched me with the perfect Forester. Miguel was very informative and helpful. From sales, finance to driving off the lot was smooth and a pleasure. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to Subaru and this dealership!

Other than mixing up information on paperwork and the plates (delaying bringing my purchased vehicle home a few days), I had a good experience at Lynne's. Seems the car is in great shape and I'm glad I chose Lynne's Subaru.They took care of (covered costs) diagnosing my old car and gave me a loaner for a week, which was helpful - I kept the loaner until I got to bring my car home, so, it all worked out!

Staff is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround, and they greatly improved their parking lot so drop off is so much easier! Also, Lyft service to and from is perfect.

I had Louis and Aryana service our car and they did a fantastic job. Very accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to, explained well what was wrong with our car (multiple icons were on the dashboard), they let us rent a car so I can go to work while the repairs took place (took about a 1.5 days). They also sent us coupons for discount (which we used). All in all, great experience.

My car's engine was significantly damaged and the dealer tried to charge me $13,000 to repair it. It was too expensive to repair and so ultimately I decided not to but they charged me almost $900 for parking. FOR PARKING on a CAR LOT. that's a travesty and really unfair Don't ever ever go there and the customer service person was completely unhelpful. Seemed to be on vacation every day.John was the one that specifically charged me for storage. Parking. For $900!!!!!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly. They honored a coupon for my service that I forgot to bring in. Video of the multi point inspection is a nice touch. Service was prompt. Will likely return for future service.

Louis went above and beyond for me. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a loaner car until mine was fixed. I have never gotten such amazing service before. I am very appreciative of everything he did for me. Thank you.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I took in my 2016 Subaru for an issue with my valve body transmission. This was an issue diagnosed by another mechanic, so I called the Subaru center where I purchased the car (more on that later) where I was told it was covered under warranty. I decided to take to Bloomfield Subaru location since it was closer to my home. When I told the repair center the issue and that it was covered under warranty they insisted that it wasn't and then after giving the car a 4-point inspection suggested more than $15K in repairs! At that point I called the original Subaru center (Liberty Subaru in Emerson) and they reconfirmed that the part was covered and that they'd see it that day. After taking it into them - again Liberty Subaru in Emerson!!! - they gave me 50% off on inspection since it was already reviewed and then diagnosed the valve body transmission and an issue with the axle. Total cost thanks to warranty - $334. Bottom line - Liberty Subaru Emerson is 30 minutes away but honest, accommodating, and professional. Take the time...take the drive...and thank yourself!

Brought my car in because was hard to start. They said issue was low battery, so they charged my battery, had to pay $135, then the car died the next day. Called back, now they want to rip me off more with diagnostic and said issue is not the battery. They will also charge $150 for simply running a diagnostic if no work is done at all, never had this in other dealerships. Autozone could have done better job and its free diagnostic and free charge FYI. Not return - not helpful and poor customer service.

I can't express enough how wonderful the service was at Lynne's Subaru. Our family of four plus one dog was on a road trip late at night and hit an object in the road, damaging our tire, rim, and bumper. Lynne's was the closest Subaru dealership and we had our car towed there. We were about 4 hours from home. The service tech Louis called us at the hotel the next morning, 45 minutes before they even opened to discuss the problem and assure us that they would try to get us back on the road that day. Then came bad news: they did not have a rim in stock and Subaru was back ordered over two months! But...Louis had called all the other dealerships in the area, and found one that had a rim in stock. He put the spare on, popped the bumper back into place to make it drivable, and sent us on our way so that we could get to the other dealer in time for a same day repair. And...he didn't charge us a dime. Without his help, we would have had even more challenges to an already difficult situation, possibly even being without our car for a couple of months. Instead, because of his diligence and generosity, we made it to the other dealership, received a new rim and tire, and we were able to make it home that night. Having car trouble while you are hundreds of miles from home is beyond stressful, but Louis at Lynne's Subaru made possible the best outcome: safely home. Thank you!
