Went to get same day service for a sore throat. They took cultured, and prior to taking them, I asked which diagnostic results electronically and to ask the front desk for the information. When it came to getting the information, I was thrown a flyer and told to go to the website. The website shows nothing about results. I was then told to just call them. It's ridiculous. They just want your money and are unprofessional. They will tell you what you want to hear until they finish. No calls or emails about results. You have to call them! Poor quality care and customer service. Go elsewhere,def not this location.
