I normally handle my taxes myself via TurboTax, but sought assistance this year due to my recent marriage, moving states, and working multiple jobs. Over the course of the past month, I was connected with 3 different reps and needed to provide the same information more than once, despite also completing the initial intake form before communicating with anyone. The reps were all kind and professional, but anyone I spoke to in person and on the phone moved at a notably slow pace, which is a negative for me, since I paid for assistance so I could limit my time working on my taxes.
