AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU AND THEY HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE. THEIR PRICE QUOTE WAS ACCURATE AND THE MOVERS WERE RESPECTFUL, CLEAN, THEY TAKE CARE AND CONSIDERATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS ITEMS. I BELIEVE I MAY BE MOVING AGAIN AND THEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONES I WILL CALL. JACOB AND JOSH, THANK YOU.

They're cheap, but you get what you pay for. I originally scheduled my 100 mile out-of state move for Monday. The week before my move, someone from the team asked me to change my move date to the previous day, which I agreed to. Then, two days before my new move date, I was contacted again to change to the previous day. I agreed, and I was assured the team would arrive as early as possible Saturday morning. The day of the move, I waited an hour for the movers to show up at the pickup location. After the first half hour, I called the person I'd been in contact with and he didn't answer the phone. I then received a call from the team that they'd be another 20 minutes because they realized they were unprepared for my move and had to turn back, though I'd confirmed my inventory and supply needs weeks in advance. Even though I paid for a 3-person team (to expedite the process), only 2 movers showed up and took their sweet time (6 hours to move a 1-bedroom apartment 100 miles). Fortunately, they only broke one glass and a $200 mirror for which no one was willing to take accountability (allegedly, the wind did it). Nice enough people, just lacking in professionalism.

My mom used good life moving for her recent move. Wayne and his team were excellent. They were very easy to work with. They were on time, helpful, ready for anything. We would definitely use them again and recommend them!

The good life moving company provided the best moving experience I ever had.The crew was professional, courteous and took care of our belongings like they belonged to them.Wayne Lynch, the crew boss demonstrated great leadership and knowledge of his profession.I would recommend your company to anyone in my family after the great experience I had with these men.

Recently used Good Life Moving, from the initial contact with Chris to the FREE and HONEST at home estimate to moving day my experience was great. Very professional, communicative and reliable. We had a storm on the day of the move and had to delay the start time for everyones safety but when the guys arrived there was no time wasted they moved super fast and organized, very respectful of my family and my belongings.
It was a breeze!! Hopefully I will not need to move again but they definitely earn my highest recommendation!

Good Life isn’t a good company.
The trucks weren’t up to code, arrived late no explanation, packing wasn’t good, and I witnessed Mgmt treating their employees horribly right in front of the customer and his friends. (Ie - Mgmt: You’re just $$$$ dumb see if you work next week). Vindictive Mgmt! I wonder if that hard working family man came back to work or they fired him for nothing? Sad to witness. They were Disorganized, Disrespectful, and a very spiteful Mgmt team (the workers try but you can tell it’s toxic Mgmt team they are under). It is truly sad to see how a minority owned company treats their employees let alone the customers. I Will never recommend and my friend wasn’t happy at all with the service.

I do a lot of Google reviews for service provided. I took time to review others comments about Good Life Moving Service moving company. First the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely compassionate and professional. The overall estimate for a long hours and mileage move was worth it ?? The three gentlemen who came dress professional, greeted me, and was ready to work.
I also make sure things was ready to go, clean and pack to make it easier-my recommendation to others.
There's one guy, my daughter called him "flash" because he moved so fast for someone small and petite ???. They moved a Samsung refrigerator from the 3rd floor with no scratches or damage-no elevator was used. I would use this company over and over, and would highly recommend to other customers. Price is unbeatable and job well done.

Avoid this company if you would like your move to be done on the day it was scheduled.
We had an appointment for junk removal starting at 9 to 11. I got a call from my partner at 8:40 saying they just called her to reschedule the appointment. I had already taken the morning off of work, driven to the location, and paid an Uber for my partner to get to work.
When I called to reschedule, I asked if there was availability for the same day. I was told I would be given a call back. I waited over an hour at the location before giving up and calling again, and I was told there was no availability that day.
On the last call, I was given every excuse under the sun. It was the trucking company's fault they didn't have a truck. It was my partner's fault for not telling me they were booked all day, even though the person I called right after her told me he would check and call back (and never did). I was told they don't even do junk removal without a move, despite the fact that I had a quote for junk removal sitting in my inbox. They never took responsibility and never tried to make it right.

The Good Life Moving Crew was extremely timely, professional and logistically strategic from the jump. As you can see from the picture, they did an amazing job.We hired them as Packers & Movers. They called prior to arrival to provide an accurate ETA, which is greatly appreciated. In addition, once the paperwork was signed, the Good Life Crew was what I would describe as collaborative and meticulous and proceeded to formulate a gameplan with myself, the client. They then went through each room with great attention to detail and completely packed our brownstone apartment in Harlem swiftly. The Packers did such a great job that I requested that they be hired again to move all of our boxes and furniture to our moving truck. The truck arrived and we had a 4 hour window to get everything on the truck.The movers packed our boxes so quickly, diligently and efficiently that the driver made sure to comment that he had never before seen such a proficient moving company and that he himself would recommend them for work as well. I highly, highly recommend that you hire Good Life Moving Service for your next move. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be impressed.

Joshua and Kyle did fantastic work. Very professional. Fulfilled every request. Very kind and considerate of the circumstances. They disassembled and reassembled some things I needed help with. Always in good communication. My wife and I are very appreciative of their work.
