Worst place to shop for supplements , worst customer service ever , walked in yesterday and the girl in there didn't even greet me. She didn't offer any help . It was much better when it was GNC. Shelves were empty you can tell the place is going down .. Will drive the Xtra 10 minutes to GNC but never again .

Their smoothies made me throw up. I had a strawberry and mango smoothie from here then later that night I threw up because of it. Horrible experience ?

Horrible selection of supplements and worst return policy I have ever seen amongst all supplement stores. Once item is opened it cannot be returned? What a joke. Go to the vitamin shoppe instead or an actual gnc.

Waited over 3 hours for the place to open...it never did. Sunday April 25th. Had a sign up saying they would return in 10mins. Never happened. Came back an hour later...still no one yet a small line of people waiting had formed. This is the WORST GNC ever. Avoid at all costs. Horrible employees.

At this store, their products are ok, their pricing is questionable and customer service unfriendly and lacking. I was told by the cashier that the item I was purchasing was $2 more than the shelf price. He told me that when GNC is late updating prices, the cashier will tell the customers the price change verbally. I let him know that I've worked in retail and have never heard of such foolishness. While he honored the lower price, he let me know they “wouldn't do this next time†as if their error was my fault. I let him know it won't be a next time. He then checked and said the wrong item was stocked and it should have been the smaller bottle for that price. I let him know that either way, that's GNC's problem, not mine!!!
