“Came to Mattress Firm after a bad experience at another store shopping for a mattress. We were immediately greeted and helped by Rahmir. He explained our options and was extremely helpful. Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. Upon coming back to the store to get a replacement, Jeremy helped us and he was great as well! Really good experiences with the associates in this store around, highly recommend!”

Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals.
