Taken my car here twice now and they’ve done a poor job vacuuming inside it. My car isn’t that dirty either. And there will still be dirt left behind. Paid for the platinum option both times. Disappointed with the vacuuming.

They did not do all the requirements of the service that I paid for. Eventually, when I got home, I had to finish the job myself.

Had a monthly car wash subscription after being pitched 1,000 times by the owner, was generally happy with the service. Had my wife follow me today who washes her car here and there. Got the basic for her, seats were hardly vacuumed, inside was barely wiped down exterior wasn’t much better. Called and spoke to the “manager” who was less than helpful, went back and canceled my monthly subscription. Plenty of other choices in the area. Lost a steady customer of at least 5+ years.

I was a loyal member of this company but the quality of the service is poor. The customer service is not any better. Chocolate ice cream spilled on the console. I get my car washed and one of the services is console wiped and cleaned but it’s still there. I spoke to the one of the workers the white guy he gonna say I wiped it 5x if you want go next door to get the car detailed clean. Why would I pay extra for something when it’s included in the monthly package I already pay for. This is a luxury to have someone pay monthly on a car wash in this economy that was poor customer service and for that they lost a customer nor would I recommend this car wash company to anyone.

The service here was really, really good. Over the years, the price has gone up a substantial amount, and the quality of service has declined. I had an issue. I did NOT know that they use power wash on your mats. So, I guess the mats were soaked and placed inside the car. Unaware that the bottom of the mats were soaked, they remained in my vehicle wet. The water showed into the fabric of the car built in mats and a moldy smell developed. It took me weeks to figure out where the smell was coming from. After so many attempts on cleaning, freshening, and deodorizing the car, I was able to pinpoint the start point and correct the problem. It took about 1 - 2 weeks after I found the problem to correct it and not to mention it cost more than the almost 30.00 I paid for the car wash. So, no, I will NOT be going back.

I have been coming to this car wash for few years now. I get my oil change here as well. You get a free car wash for every oil change. Great service.

Just left after paying $70 + for their quick detail... it says door jams, cup holders, etc... what I got wasn't even close. Currently at Walmart buying $70 + worth of stuff to finish what they should have done... never again!
