Visited this location on Tuesday, bought $65 worth of items only to be told they do not provide bags. I opted to purchase a reusable bag, but they no longer had any. The woman at the register offered a store garbage bag as an alternative, and I accepted. I revisited this store 2 days later and the young man told me they still didn’t have any reusable bags, so I said I’ll accept a garbage bag. He told me he could not provide the garbage bag, as it is considered store’s property. The male manager standing next to him offered a bag to me, and the sales associate turns to tell him not to, claiming it was an order from “higher up management”. I noticed other shoppers buying gift bags just to be able to carry their few items, while the store lost my business. Horrible business practices and awful customer service. To the store manager Angie, please provide an alternative for your customers to have a better shopping experience.

I truly enjoy shopping here. My favorites items are the home items you can get at a decent price. You can find bedding, kitchen, and bathroom items that match a season decor, color and/or occasion. This is my go to store for Summer, Fall & Winter decor.

Visited the recently opened Dollar General in Bloomfield. I have never really shopped at this store to much, but today I was very impressed. The store is immaculately clean. The aisles are roomy The shelves are well stocked with more variety than I saw in the previous store that was there. (I think it was Dollar Tree.) I found a couple of items I am going to try that are much less than what I have paid before. Check it out, you won't be sorry

Neat, and very clean and everything is inorder. The new modern updated. New carts, and everything is brand new and nothing blocking or piled up in the aisles and it doesn't smell . I would recommend this store If you miss your Dollar Tree or Family Dollar stores. This area and location needed one of these stores.So yes, I would recommend this store , especially for the local residents. Thumbs up on this one!

Clean store, however the prices on display do not match the actual price that shows on the register so you basically get overcharged for no reason.

In writing this review I need to acknowledge that the manager at this establishment was very helpful. However, she is only one person and very short staffed. Unfortunately, it appears that the owner has no care for the business or customer satisfaction. The registers at this store were malfunctioning, (two registers down with only one working ) the prices are not accurate with many of the items being marked higher at the register. Do I even have to say , very unhappy customers? The store is on my way home so it’s very convenient However, this is my third time at this store and the situation with the pricing has not been rectified. Of course the errors in pricing benefit the store . It’s a turn off! While the manager does adjust the price, it’s still inconvenient to take pics of prices while shopping to ensure proper pricing at the registers. Like I said the manager was exceptional, the store owner another … no comment

This location needs to open on time and have working cash registers. The prices on display, dont match the price your charged.
