I’ve gotten a few things from Brookside Garden Center over the years and have always been happy. I recently decided to send some flowers to someone from here after their family member passed. Very last minute, I had to either change or cancel the order due to the recipient being out of town and Brookside was so kind and accommodating. They quickly cancelled and refunded me for the order so I didn’t have the worry about the recipient coming home to dead flowers. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service and will use Brookside for future orders because of this experience. Thank you!

Long time customer of over 20 years. Ordered a very simple and specific item. Clearly the person who took the order or created it wasn’t concerned with the very simple and plain instructions and what I picked up was useless to me. You’ve lost me for good.
