I've been a Boost Mobile customer for 10 plus months I qualify for an upgrade which is the 39.99 Samsung which is normally $100 when I called the guy tried to tell me I needed to upgrade my plan because it's not compatible with that phone I told him I don't want to upgrade my plan I just need a new phone so he's trying to scare me to upgrade and pay more money for a service I don't want to upgrade and told me I don't qualify for an upgrade when I called the customer service line they are the ones that gave me his number to call you should be ashamed of yourself sir

The owner of this Boost store in Bloomfield is always very helpful with our family plan changes and phone upgrades. I have never had an issue there after at least 10 years of service and would highly recommend getting your Boost phones, accessories and service from there. The prices are very fair and the quality is high. Thank you.

I went to couple boost stores and they didn't want to help me fix a problem I had with a government phone. One of your stores in Belleville New Jersey Kearny New Jersey the same he treated me very badly and. I want never go back to a boost store. And I'm telling my friends and my family not to go to 18 your stores. Youse guys going to rip off my friends and my family that's not going to happen. I won't never send anybody to your company you're lucky I'm not on Facebook bragging about what you started treating me so don't push it don't ever send me a text message again.
