I was lucky to work with Jacob Harrison at BMW of Bloomfield while shopping for my new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked to help me find the exact car I was in the market for, down to the color of the vehicle. He was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was being taken care of throughout the whole process, and happy to spend my money with BMW of Bloomfield. My wife and I will be enjoying our new 2025 electric BMW due to this great service here at Bloomfield from the entire team.

As a first time buyer I would not say I’ve been pleased by this company to say the least. Giovanni was very helpful, understanding & respectful. However my sales guy Bobby K, started off great and ended horribly. He gets offended by questions instead of just listening for the concerns. All in all I ended up leaving with my car however I will not be returning to this location nor will I be recommending it to anyone. And if you are thinking of purchasing please note that there are 3 dealer fees. We were only told of 1 which was 899 but there are two more 399 & 395. They were explained as nitro and permaplate, good to use and come back for 1 year. So pretty much they do things to every car on their lot so the tires don’t go flat & paint doesn’t chip WHILE on their property. Even if you say you don’t want the “1 year warranty” you are still FORCED to purchase this. Not even paying just a one time fee. So pretty much everyone pays around 800 extra just for these even if you do not return to have them do the maintenance. This goes for ALL used vehicles and will not be included in the final price of car but added on after. If you check a full itemized bill for the car you will see this. As a young person please take someone with you so that you don’t miss anything.

Walked me through whole process , including setting up all vehicle features which are many in the new electric BMW.

Crooks… The sales rep Manan is not an honest man, very sleazy. I have done business with BMW for many many years. I feel so taken advantage of and I would never do business with them again or refer anyone to this location.

I don’t got a BMW yet but the small kid Danilo was really helpful and directed me to best salespeople ! Definitely going back to him, he is usually in the parking lot! Great kid !!

I got a flat tire and I remember I had warranty so I drove to the dealership in Bloomfield BMW and since I got a brand new car with them. They happily changed it and didn’t ask me to many questions

I was referred to Bobby Kaufman at BMW of Bloomfield by a client who came into my office. My son was getting his license and I was looking for a safe and reliable car for him. I had suddenly become a single parent, and making a purchase like this was not at all something I was comfortable with. Bobby made it such a seamless process that going anywhere else when I was recently ready to buy again felt wrong. However, I did my due diligence and visited 2 other dealerships…which only further confirmed my decision to deal with Bobby. Now, after purchase #2, I honestly could not recommend him more!
