The dryers are ridiculously small and the carts are also small. And with all the machines they have a total of 5 folding tables the size of a school desk. So obviously with super small machines, It means you have to use more dryers than a regular laundromat. Also if you leave your stuff in the dryer for more than 5 minutes they rudely take your stuff out still damp and all. Then the rude work says I wasn’t paying attention to my clothes. I was already had twoCarts full of clothes I was folding as fast as I could. I have common courtesy I know others are waiting but if I took another cart then I am wrong for hogging all the tiny carts.My 1st and last time there.

The customer service here is ABYSMAL. Whenever there is an issue that requires management, Raquel is not there and cannot be reached. They literally shrunk my pillow after I clearly communicated that it should be dried on no heat. My pillow comes back shrunk anyway. I then ask for a refund and management. However, the worker gets flustered at my request for a refund. She then explains she understands little English; Raquel isn't on the premises and cannot be reached on Sunday’s because she does not answer. I leave the pillow and my phone number only to come back today and Raquel has not made an attempt to call; she is still not on the premises and still cant be reached via phone. To make matters worse they washed my pillow again saying it will be ready tomorrow. ? I DON’T WANT YOU TO WASH MY PILLOW AND SHRINK IT MORE‼️ Of course any attempt to explain is pointless because the worker does not understand ENGLISH, and so communication which drives customer service is stressful at best and down right aggravating at worst. They do well washing, but how do you run a business effectively and provide your customer with basic customer service if you can never be reached. Blue Leaf Laundry DEFINITELY HAS EARNED??????????????

I enjoy going to this laundry mat because it's never crowed, they have the perfect amount of washers and dryers. And every washing machine is in working condition with reloadable laundry card access.

Very clean and well kept place. The staff are friendly and give good customer service. Prices for the machines aren’t too bad but the machines itself are good.

Excellent! I tried the delivery service; I am very impressed with how courteous, professional, efficient, and accommodating the employees are! From the gal that answered the phone to the delivery folks..it was a wonderful experience! Fresh and clean clothes that were meticulously folded. They do an excellent job! Thank you so much!!

Blue leaf laundry mat is the cleanest most comfortable laundry mat I have ever came across. The staff is nice and helpful. Not only that the prices are very affordable. I brought a cute laundry bag from them it’s spacious and has a handle.

Horrible customer service. Damaged about four expensive items with the wash in food service. I was never able to speak to the owner. They just kept giving me the runaround. In the process of filing court papers. Just to get my money back for the damaged items. To file court papers it’s only $40 on my clothes are definitely worth more than that. Don’t waste your time going here.

Blue leaf was a great place to do self-laundry.However, when they only have cold water, or the machines are not taking your credit cards, they never post such changes.Also, the last few times I was there they had two attendants & neither of them spoke English.Time to move on!

Used the services two times as a time saver. On the third time I sent a colorful handmade quilt and they washed it with my whites which are now pink. That's the end of that. Other than that they did a great job the first two times. Sadly I'm on the hunt for a new wash and fold.

this laundromat is in a very accessible area and is there is parking designated for the costumers!! This laundromat is very clean and the washer and dryers are new. You can pay with Apple Pay/google pay which is a safe touch free method to stop germs from spreading.

Best laundromat ever!! Great AC, great dryers that actually work and they accept apple pay. Plus the staff is super nice.
