I recently experienced some car trouble and was advised it would take a week to service over the holidays. Despite the overall situation, they ended up getting my car fixed within a four days at a reasonable price point. Will definitely be back if I ever need reliable and friendly service.

Sadly to Say I Gave this Place benefit of the doubt.. I Should of Listen to The Comments.. I Brought My Car There Cause they Were Highly recommended.. For Being Perfornals They Don't Know Anything, I Wound Out paying out-of-pocket for something? They broke, they think I'm dumb and they think I didn't know the procedure. I know exactly what they did. And I still Wound up paying for it. Do yourself a favor do not bring your car here. Listen to the comments bad comments overweight the good comments.... SERIOUSLY.. Do the Research.. Not Recommend it. THIS SHOP..

Finally, a shop that truly does “take care of you” My wifes car had a mild disagreement with a light post, damaging multiple panels of her cr-v. What I thought would take at least 10 days, took less than a week to finish. Not only did they replace the parts but matched the paint so it looks brand new. Overall work was top notch but what sold me was the customer service we received. I had text updates throughout the week on the status of the car. Frank was right to the point on the process, upfront about everything and answered all my questions. Even getting a rental was a breeze. I hope I dont need future body work or repairs done, but if I do I wont sweat it knowing Bloomfield collision has my back.Service: Body & Trim

Worst place to go to get your car problem fixed. Only reason i chose to use this place was it had early appointment available through Geico. I had my car fixed a year back and paid $1.2k out of pocket for exhaust pipe repair. Within a year, i suspected work was shoddy. However i remembered they offered lifetime guarantee on their repair work. So i requested them to take a look just to clear if their repair work holds still good. Their mechanic javier was rude to understand or listen to me and told any car problem i had nothing to do with their repair work and asked me to take it elsewhere to another mechanic. Not a shred of courtesy to deal with customers. Please avoid this place if you can.

They were excellent. I got an update everyday on progress. They completed the job in a week. New bumper and light. Good as new.

I wish I could give them no stars. They started out being very communicative, promising my car would be ready on 4/20 (I bought it in on 4/11). I get it. They had to contact my insurance company and get the part. Received a text on 4/18 that my car was on track to be completed 4/20. The 20th comes and I hear nothing. I call. Yours is the next car to be painted. If anything happens, your car will be the first one in (Friday). Friday comes and I hear nothing again. I call, it will be ready first thing Saturday. And I'm told, none too subtly, don't call us we'll call you. Saturday comes, nothing. I'm looking at the clock and I realize I won't be picking up my car today. Shop closes at noon on Saturday. I get a call at 11:53 telling me my car is ready and I can pick it up. Don't you close at noon? Yes, you'll have to pick it up Monday. I can only assume they have a certain amount of time in which to complete repairs and wanted to be able to tell the insurance company they met the deadline. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I won't be going back to them.

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience here! I needed my car fixed after hitting a deer and my insurance sent me to Bloomfield Collision and I'm happy they did! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!!

I regret going to this place. The estimate provided to my Insurance was incorrect and it ended up costing me over $3,000 to fix the issues in my car related to an accident. Had to go back again to Bloomfield Collision and I was charged another $200 to have the car inspected. What a terrible service! My wheels are bent due to the accident that occurred and they were not even looked at. I was told that the power steering fluid I had been using was incorrect, they provided me with another and they assured me was the correct one. It turns out, it was not. If they bothered to read the instructions, inspected my car thoroughly, and provided an accurate estimate to my Insurance, none of this would have happened.When I called and tried to explain the ongoing issues in my car, I was told to contact my Insurance and work it out with them. As if it was my fault that the car was not fixed properly.Do yourself a favor and choose another repair shop for your vehicle.

I had other new bumper for my car that I brought to Bloomfield Collision for painting. This is just new unpainted bumper without mounting hardware, accessories and grills, for painting and will replace the old one. Alvin the son of the owner agreed to paint it for $475.00. After 2 days the bumper was done but color was way off (too bluish, see the attached 1st painted). Alvin, Pascual, Alex (the owner) and the painter Kenny knew paint was way off (bluish) right off the bat when just put it next to the car but they still insisted color was matching so Kenny the painter told me to install the bumper and it will magically match. He made even a deal to pay for it if color is bad. So I came back and installed. I knew the color was off any person can distinguish right away, so just to prove I showed the painter how it looks (see attached 1st painted). It's just they were making it difficult for me for them to get away obviously. They accepted it to be repainted but cancelled me many times about 3 times. After that it took another 3 weeks before they finally started repainting for the reason they said Kenny's son had an accident and they don't know when he was going back to work. Now the 2nd time it was repainted again it was off (too dark grayish see attached 2nd painted). I picked it up and knowing there was white dirts on the side of the bumper when I brought it home. I called Alvin the next day and told him there were white marking of scratches. He was screaming over the phone telling me he won't accept it back in anyway he doesn't want to do anything with me again. I insisted and he told me to bring it and put the bumper on. So I went back and installed the bumper to show the scratched for them to wax/buf it. Of course they insisted I did the scratches and telling me why I didn't tell them when I picked up the bumper. I told them I didn't because I thought they were dirt thinking I can bring it back if I found any problem like the 1st time it was painted when I took it he didn't let me check when I wanted to check before I leave and he just said painting were good if there's a problem I just let him know. So I called a police when I was there arguing with another person Fabian (he said he was a manager), because I sensed they were again making everything very very difficult. I asked for a police report so I have something that I can show when I bring it to the court. I know they will not do it for the 3rd time and I will not do business with them ever again so I rather asked for refund. Apparently they will not give my money back. SO be aware and stay away with these people! for your own sake don't be a victim like me! - Nathaniel

this business is a good example of where you should be able to give zero stars or be able to deduct. Absolutely horrible customer service and terrible outcome. they are completely unresponsive and disorganized. Any estimate they give you on time or money expect it to be 3x more expensive and 3x a long. They are also untruthful where they are along the process; if you ever happen to call and ask on status- they will lie.. they even went so far as to blame the insurance company when i called and verified that they were the ones not providing complete paperwork.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be extremely disappointed and frustrated beyond belief.there are many other body shops to chose from in the area.Service: Body & Trim
