I was kept up to date on the status of my car. When I returned later that afternoon, my car was running smoothly. The technicians even served two recalls on my vehicle. “So thankful for this shop. As a child raised in her dad's shop before he retired I trust no one with my car especially since I got my 22 civic sport back in 21. I went in in dire need of repair on a LED headlight and short of funds meaning replacing it would not have been good. And in less than an hour they had me back safely in the road. They were professional and empathic but most of all quick and extremely reasonable. “Continuing to maintain our 2017 430i X-Drive hard top convertible at it's maximum reliability, the time had come to replace the original battery that had been with this vehicle since 2017 when it was manufactured. Wanting to avoid several hours of wait time, Ahron and his team managed to have the vehicle in the shop, as promised, within 30 minutes of driving up onto the Valet ramp. Following the install of the BMW specified battery (850 CCA) all of the original settings were reestablished. This work took approximately 2 hours to complete much to my liking. Although not provided at the time of install, I plan to return to have Ahron run a quick battery test which will result in verifying the battery's capacity at the time of install via a photo of the battery testing tool's screen. At this time we are now confident that we can continue to enjoy this amazing driving machine for years to come without any concerns due to a failed battery.”
