My 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 50,000 miles on it died and no start , I towed to a horrible mechanic who told me I needed a starter and replaced it and told me he doesn’t know what’s wrong and charged me $400 dollars to tow it out., and towed it to AAA they said it was the battery and starter and wanted to charge triple to do this. I called ALLSTAR.. I told Richie, I’m a female everyone tries to rip me off.. I don’t trust anyone.. he said bring it to me. Next day $500 dollars later it got to him, he sat down and said tell
Me Your story.. Richie had my vehicle for a few days updating me every issue. He replaced starter...2 batteries...trans shifter cable..that either tow or first grimey mechanic broke. RICHIE THE BEST!!! Honest as they come .. fair prices.. HE IS MY

My car broke down on the side of the road and I called Rich to see if I can have it towed to his shop. He came out to meet me at the side of the road to try and diagnose the problem. He handled towing my car to his shop, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my transmission for cheaper than my expectations. I’m very happy with his work and will use him from here on out.

Went to this shop for the first time becasue I need my passenger side mirror replaced and my experience was amazing. Richard was so nice and cool his price was reasonable never felt like this when I go to shops especially since I’m a female.

Richard is the man. He communicates great, works fast, and prices well (unlike other mechanics who only care for $ and ripoff customers). I told my family that we have our new and main automotive shop. We’ll stay loyal here. Call ahead before coming in. He also keeps you updated with texts!

I have found my mechanic!!!! Rich is fair and trustworthy. I needed some normal wear and tear items replaced and he was efficient and transparent about the cost and how long it would take. Nowadays you don't meet/know of any really good mechanics but Rich is exactly that! Thank you Sir and will be back in 5k miles!!!
