So I go to this place early in the morning to get a hot tea or a breakfast drink. They have a roach infestation problem by the coffee area. I've addressed it each time I visit the store. Thought it was getting better. Than what do I see baby roach after I fix my hot tea like goodmorning did ya miss me.
Shaking my head. Than the guys who work there are rude and condescending. Making the customers open the creamer vs them doing they dam job.

A lot of work is up from India and they're coming into this country to have an old business and try to speak a language and understand our English languages. But you have to give them a break. It just like us trying to go to their country and have a business that kind of speak their language

This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Went there to get gas this morning. Pulled up and the guy says to wait one second. After sitting for about 15 minutes he tells me he isn’t pumping gas ! I’m asked the worker, why wouldn’t you tell us you’re not pumping gas ? We sat here waiting for gas for no reason when all you had to do was tell us that you weren’t pumping any gas. The guy waves his hand at me and says well i sleep here which has NOTHING to do with anything. So happy there’s a shell & Exxon less than 5 minutes further down ! Go there ! Better customer service !

About 6 months ago I made this review to complain about the cashiers putting the wrong labels (those cylinder that tell you what's in the row) and me getting taquitos I didn't want. Well they unfortunately slipped up again today. After noticing no taco cheese, I settled on steak cheese, and it wasn't steak cheese. I don't think they are bad, they know I'm a regular but I really relied on this 7-11 because the 1 by the eo public library is usually crowded or has less chance for a lot of food. It makes me really sad now I'm not even mad anymore, I don't like the prospect of refunding food I bit into, it's a waste.

Very Nasty Staff...they have a promotion where you buy a hot beverage, tea, coffee, etc and geta muffin free at all locations. Went to this location which is in the Valero gas station. No muffins so I got a pastry of lesser value than the muffins. The guys tell me to come back in the morning when i dont live near this one. They wanted to charge me and rather than give me what I picked up which was a fritter. Threw it in the garbage. Very Very nasty will never go here again....It doesn't cost anything to be nice.
