Great service and very nice people! Not sure why previous reviews were like that. Maybe it was pandemic timing where things were hectic. Anyhow I highly recommend this place. I usually get my prescription in 10-15 minutes.

To say the service is crappy is putting it lightly. When you go to pick up a prescription and wait 45 minutes, oops, there goes the pizza! Oh crap, the French fries are ruined now too, and oh damn, those delicious Stromboli's you wanted, they're as cold as ice, you were willing to pay the price, got cold! Imagine a plethora of circumstances, all ruined by piss poor care. Cars pulling out of the driveway, beeping of horns, you'd swear this was a bad version of Mardi Gras.

Horrible! My husband and I were scheduled and confirmed for a 6:00 Covid 19 booster for over a week. We received multiple texts and emails confirming and reminding us. We planned our weekend around this as we both have a reaction to it. We arrived at 5:55 and are told they are short staffed and asked us to reschedule between 12:00 and 5:00! Not even offering an apology. I think administering 2 vaccines would have taken about 5 minutes of their time. To add insult to injury we received a voicemail at 6:18 asking us to reschedule!! Never going back there for anything! Worst customer service ever!

Well nice to see rite aide corporate has done nothing to rectify the situation. The pharmacy staff are as rude as always, and love to condescend to you. I've had meds shorted, and even one pharmacist pretend she couldn't hear me! My seven year old knew she was playing a game, he called her out and she smirked. We just got the pcr test for covid and unfortunately the same girl did our test... it's been 5 days now and still no results. A friend did hers at the same location and got her result the next day! I guess rite aide thinks it's funny to keep bad employee's around in life or death situations. I highly advise no one to use this store. Acme across the street is much better and more accommodating. Or try north Warren pharmacy. Rite aide obviously could care less about patient care or their health.
