This review is not strictly for this location, as I believe I have been dealing with the generic Valley Bank customer service/insurance services.I have an auto loan with the bank and changed insurance companies in March 2022 from GEICO to Nationwide. In December 2022, I received a letter in the mail that they didn't have proof of insurance. As a result they added $2,110 to my car loan. Never in the 10 months that I apparently didn't have insurance was I contacted until I got a letter stating that a fee was added to my loan so they could cover me. They then tried to find my policy on Nationwide and never once asked for my policy number and just said it couldn't be found. For anyone who has a loan with this bank, check your transaction history VERY CLOSELY!Not to mention, we also moved and I have to send them a HANDWRITTEN letter to update my address, even though I confirmed my social, address, loan number, etc. over the phone with a representative.I had no issues with Valley Bank since I received my car loan in 2021 and all of a sudden their customer service has been next to awful. I have never missed a payment and have actually been paying almost double my payment monthly and no longer feel like a valued customer. I would take a higher interest rate elsewhere next time before going through this again.

This place has outstanding service. We came in needing help in transferring funds from two different accounts. Three nice clerks were eager to help. We got everything figured out and had a few great laughs about it too. Would definitely recommend. They seem to have good connections with the locals too.

I have a auto loan with them and a few weeks ago I received a letter stating that there's no evidence of an insurance policy i called that I haved one and needed to fax the policy declaration page was sent recently received a letter stating no evidence of and insurance policy The people I work for also used valley to finance a truck and received numerous letters of no insurance policy which they had insurence but could not convince the bank and later had 5000.00 dollar added to the loan for the truck after much back and forth it was removed This must be how this bank operates how many people had this done to their loan and did not realize it These people are dishonest and should be investigated
