Ken is a rare, hard working, honest, and professional guy. Don't waste your time looking any further. He's been very helpful and flexible about helping transition from our old service to a new VoIP business phone system. You need him to make sure that you VoIP setup goes a smoothly as it should.

Ken at Phone Connection was super helpful for our small business. We are not computer/tech savvy but he was very patient and accommodating and was available for questions whenever needed. Even after the implementation of the VOIP system he was wonderful to reach out and check on our services.
