Their Beef, is amazing it tastes how beef is supposed to plus it's dry aged for 15 days. I haven't bought meat from a supermarket since my 1st order of 1/8 beef last year in August. Since then I have bought two 1/4 beef shares from Beaver Brook Ranch and just sent an 1/8 to my Father. I also have ordered a 1/2 pork for myself before and just ordered one for my Mother. I feel energized and mentally clear since eating clean. Definitely worth the money.

I picked up our 1/2 "share" last week on the 11th ,was greeted with open arms from Stefan and his super friendly and helpful staff and they loaded it up for me in the truck so I could keep my granddaughter occupied (was only a few minutes). Anyway, made my first Delmonico's today,"low n slow,and WOW, yeah, what a difference with the grass fed grass finished! Already have chuck roast going as well for that recipe from that Joanne Gaines cookbook (amazing)(I've been eyeing up BBR for awhile and this year "pulled the trigger" on getting my beef there. Needless to say,I have found my "place". We have done a few other places (more closer to us in Pa) ,but with how I could select on the cut sheet(and mind you,not to bash others but I was able to get more "detailed and not so general" hereya go cuts" from BBR. ) This WILL be our "go to" place from now on and I must say,I carry a big influence at work,and usually recommend places to go,Stefan, I will be sending the crew your way, Amazing quality, service, cleanliness and treated like a friend,not a number . Thanks again and we'll see you in a few months!

Just ordered a 1/4 cow and 1/2 pig! The meat tastes delicious and the ordering and pick-up process was super easy. As my husband says "our extra freezer looks awesome!" LOL

I found this ranch on Google when my local farm forgot to tell me I was a top the waiting list for a 1/2 cow. Boy am I glad that happened. The grass fed and finished beef was incredible tasting - every cut (dry aging helps too). I am now a forever customer. 10/10, I will not be ordering from farm down the street. The hour drive is worth it.

I have now had the pleasure of ordering three times from BBR & this will continue into the foreseeable future. I'm done with purchasing meat from the Grocery Store. Their website is easy to place your order & you put in the comments when you plan to pick up. Stefan & team get back to you promptly via an email. I like to take the drive to pick up my order & the location is the 1st main building at the address. The beef taste fresh (beefier taste) & I can feel & see the benefits of daily eating grass fed & finished meat. The nutritional profile is second to none & I am happy to support a place that does everything in such a natural & family oriented way. BBR are true environmental Stewarts in their sustainable methods. Thank you!

I raw feed my Service Animal because he has digestive and skin issues. The money saved in veterinary bills is well worth the effort. Quality choice organs meats for a balanced diet. My dog eats healthier than most people!
Customer service is always exceptional. Cannot recommend more highly. BTW, the steaks are yummy delicious for dog owners as well!

Stefan went above and beyond to make me happy and fully satisfied with purchase. I received high quality meat cuts and awesome tasting ground beef that has perfect ratio protein to fat, making it the perfect choice. Cuts are juicy and tender. Best meat you can get. Highly recommended. Five stars no questions.

Flawless experience. We bought 1/2 cow, bacon and wild salmon. Having to choose our cuts of meat was an easy process. Meat is absolutely delicious and we will be buying our next cow from BBR once we get through our 1/2 share.
