I want to preface by saying that I would have scheduled and rescheduled my appointments over the phone if they ever answered. I scheduled an apt for Thursday at 10am, had to reschedule so I called on Monday- No answer. I text the number and they respond with a short “Ok”. I go onto the website, reschedule my apt for Wednesday 5pm. I get home from work, get ready for the apt, double check the website to see that they had cancelled my Wednesday apt, and kept the Thursday apt.
So I call 6 times- no answer, it’s 30 minutes before my appointment, and I live 30 minutes away. I text them, they respond unprofessionally, and say “c u at 5pm”. I’m 18 and even I think this is ridiculous.. like seriously? I told them I’m not coming, and they’re trying to tell me I never rescheduled. All I can say is don’t go here if you care about punctuality and professionalism. I’m busy, I did my best to keep things clear while they blatantly don’t care. I’ll attach the screenshots.

This is my second time getting a keratin treatment here. Mya does an amazing job!! She is such a sweetheart and clearly loves what's she doing!
The salon provides not only a clean but comfortable atmosphere! Looking forward to my next visit!

Love Treccia especially Allie when my original hairdresser moved away I was devastated. Then I found Allie and it's all good now . My husband goes to her also because his barber retired and he is very very Happy

Let me just say WOW! This place is so nice & clean , I’m really big on clean so that caught my eye & it also smells amazing in the there which is a plus !
I have never been here before this , but I for sure will be back I was greeted and taken quickly.
MYA was absolutely amazing, really enjoyed our conversation she made the experience so welcoming for it being my first time. She was gentile & caring with my head/hair. She did a very good job. I can’t wait to go back & converse with her again it was an enjoyable experience 10/10 highly recommend this place ! They have nails extensions it was seriously wonderful!!

My daughter and I are faithful clients and get our hair done every 2 weeks. The stylist are very professional and get the job done every time, Allie Kayla and Mya are excellent, and the price is reasonable. The environment is professional and very welcoming.

I love this Salon and Mya is amazing! She’s colored and cut my hair a few times now, and I absolutely love it! I mentioned the color that I had when I was younger in the sun and she got it right to a T!

OMG Gina is the best she was born to do hair! I love how she discusses everything she is going to do before she does it! You are never in there long, and you come out looking like a new woman! When you text for an appointment they text you right back!!! And I love my funny talks with Gina!!! (And for all the people who made rude comments about their dogs, those dogs are so friendly and adorable you don’t even know they are there) and I have a boxer best dogs in the world!!!! Prior to 2021, I was searching for a salon that I could be make my regular place to get cuts and coloring. I have been to Treccia salon a few times this year for high lights and low lights. I have never been disappointed with my results. I love my color and we either use low lights or highlights based on the season. I would recommend Treccia salon to my friends and family.

Gina was great! I finally got the haircut I always wanted. They also take precautions during this time of pandemic to keep their customers safe. I rarely post reviews but this one is definitely worth posting!
