I had a good experience here when I visited yesterday. I was able to purchase 15 shades of my favorite foundation for my professional kit at 75% off. The salesperson Kelly was very helpful in answering all my questions and price checking items for me. This was my first time visiting this store, and with the good deals and helpful staff, I will definitely be visiting this store again. BTW I'm Hispanic. I went in there looking a hot mess, lol... and I wasn't profiled or treated any type of way.

Today I got some great deals! Darlene was the sales associate that helped me the whole time I was there as I compared, considered, and chose cosmetics. Her manager was also patient with me and both were so helpful! I highly recommend this store especially if you want to save some money from the department stores.

I’m giving this specific store 3 stars for the following reasons:#1 Everything was overpriced even though it should be the opposite#2 The sign in front of the store showed all the brands they had when in fact it barely had any brands only Mac, ordinary and some other weird brands#3 Staff kind of made me and my friend feel uncomfortable# The brand new makeup seemed open and used..which was pretty suspiciousOverall I’d recommend avoiding this store

Frequently shop this store. About a year ago, they stopped offering discounts over 25% on Estee Lauder products. I was told, too many customers were purchasing Estee in bulk and selling online. This morning, received an email saying special offer up to 60% off Estee Lauder skincare products. Called store upon their opening to confirm, told to call back at 1:00 pm when manager arrived, sales rep didn't know which products were included. Called at 1:00, arrived at store by 2:00 to find a MAN with several BASKETS FULL of Estee Lauder products. When I asked if they limit the amount of purchases, I was told yes, up to $1,000/day!! The MAN cleared the shelf of all the popular Estee skincare products and the product I wanted was gone! unbelievable but the manager seemed happy. Won't be shopping here again...they seem not to withhold their own store policies.

The makeup items are good, but the employees are not. We went their to get some makeup items for Christmas. I liked a particular item and grabbed a bunch. They said the maximum is 5, even though there was no sign. My friend also got some, and then they started putting away the item. I think this was because we were Asian.Salesperson- Kamilah A
