Customer service at this location is very rude and unprofessional.
I was asked to clean up, even put the wrappers/covers back inside the shoe and eventually back to shelf. There is one minor boy working at the store, he started playing the minor card and said you can’t shout at him because he is a minor but he can nor I can record him even for my safety.
I told him, sir, I put most of the shoes back and I am still trying other ones and I am not done. He said “that’s good for you, you know how to pack” and asked me to leave the store very in a very un-respectable please don’t go to this store.

The store manager is super rude, when we asked if the shoe will be true to size or not, she vaguely replied Im not sure. We asked that coz I wasn't physically present to try the shoes on. And we were thinking what size to pick , she was just putting away all the shoes from there. When asked she replied its store policy, what kind of store policy is this, when the customer is selecting and you just keep away the products.

I just want to share with everyone how great the customer service was at this location! The moment I came into the store, I was greeted with a smile by one of the Managers name Iggy . I had a hard time remembering his real name. So he gave me another name that was easier to remember lol .He was very patient in trying to help me fine a shoe that I was comfortable to wear.Although, I didn't fine any shoes that day at this location. I really do appreciate his kindness. Thanks for the positive vibes!!!!! Your the best!!!!

The sales girl was so helpful and very patient with me while I browsed. I picked out a few pairs of boots and finally decided on two pairs. I would recommend this location.

Went into Steve madden for an exchange 2 gentlemen very friendly and eager to help me. They advised me the 1 pair of speakers I was exchanging they did not have but offered a refund or store credit. I ended up getting the same sneaker just in a different color.

I didn't buy any shoes unfortunately, but the employees were awesome and one was even able to tell me which were the most comfortable since the owned a good portion of the shoes on display. The only reason I didn't buy is because I was on a budget searching for Christmas gifts so please don't misunderstand because I would've under any other circumstance!
