Tried to order mirrors for my established dance studio business (7+ years and expanding). Requested product. Never received confirmation or final price. I called back again and gave them an out, noting that perhaps they had my email address wrong. Asked for an invoice, the answer was “why?” I said, because I need to know how much to pay? A few minutes later, I received an email message casually noting total price and no other formal invoice or agreement, except that I’d have to pay cash (for over $ 1200). I again requested a formal invoice and agreement for delivery date and never heard back. I’m down with a small business feel, but I’m also a small business and I’m not handing over $1200 in cash or otherwise, without some clear professional correspondence. I am a dance leader in Philadelphia who could recommend services to other studio owners, and my impression of this business was rather disorganized; not positive.

These guys are the real deal! I wanted a mirror for a home dance studio and this was by far the most affordable option and they had great reviews so I felt confident with the choice. They had trouble getting the mirror into such old foundation in our garage, but kept trying for a long time despite me saying it was OK to just leave the mirror leaning on the wall if they needed to. They ended up getting it up successfully and it looks amazing! No-frills scheduling and payment (cash only). Highly recommend and would hire again!

Jonetta was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the phone. I'm so happy I found Pro-Bond on FB Market as I almost purchased similar mirrors online for over $1500!!!! I was put on schedule within 3 business days and complete install took about an hour. The gentlemen who installed the mirrors were so patient with us as to the exact placement and literally spent 20 minutes making sure the mirrors were sparkling before they were finished. They approached this project as if it was their own home and that's something I'll always appreciate! Thank you so much Pro-Bond team! We are so happy with the finished product!

I inquired about gym mirrors. Never gets back to you after they write down personal information. Very unprofessional and feel scammed. Wasted a lot time for my project.

I had a leaking windshield (had been replaced years ago). The service tech removed it, primed the suspect areas, expertly applied adhesive and replaced my windshield. Done at my house, on time and for minimal cost. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our mirror installation for our small home gym! Pricing was very fair/great and Joe the owner was on site for the install with crew members. Very nice people and company to work with - not pushy at all! They even downgraded my order mid-job when they noticed the space did not require as many as originally thought. You cannot put a price on honesty and kindness. Highly recommend for large and small jobs alike! Thank you Probond Mirrors!

Joe and his crew just finished doing mirrors at my new dance school in Baltimore and it looks AMAZING. I have seen dance schools built before and mirror install, and they knew what they were doing. My mirrors have a great thickness to them and they are excellent quality. I will be calling them in the future for (hopefully) a bigger space in the future as my business grows.

Also, I got a call they would arrive between 8:45 and 9:00am....i got I'm my car to go to Starbucks and looked at my clock.... I decided I should skip coffee in case they were on time (I was assuming this would be like the cable guy and they'd be 2 hours late)..... Nope, good thing I skipped the coffee. As I was opening the back door at precisely 8:45, they were knocking on the front door! The lady who answers the phone is very nice and helpful. Lastly, they are very strict that they only take cash, but don't be alarmed! They will give you a company receipt and exceed your expectations.
