No way! Don’t even care if you offer a second item for 9.99! The customer service is AWFUL. Probably why the Deptford location closed down. This store is on the way there too!!!!Zero Stars

SCAM. ❌?? Please. Do your research, a quick Google search to save $$! Don't know how they have a high rating considering they OVERCHARGED me and I couldn't do anything about it due to their NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY. Even if you walk out of the store for a second and walk back in, nope. Anywho I visited this store yesterday as they had a sign on the door that said buy one get one for $9.99. For me personally, I took that as a red flag, never saw a sale like that for perfume (I shop elsewhere) but ignored it anyway since I love collecting perfumes.Upon entering the lovely store, I was greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable on different types of perfumes/cologne, especially having a good eye and being able to read her customers, to see what they would like. Hence the 2 stars. She helped me select two perfumes which were under the sale, however failed to let me know, the full size bottle of one of the fragrances she sampled for me, was only for display/testing and they sold smaller bottles of what I bought. (Jimmy Choo Ilicit) So I had believed I was purchasing a standard 100 ml bottle of Ilicit with the other fragrance I selected but purchased 60 ml bottle way over the price point. Somehow I dumbfoundedly went with the whole interaction, without asking questions about the pricing, or the bottles I'm purchasing.Once I got out the store and took a look at the receipt and looked up my perfume online, I realized I made a great mistake and was overcharged. So I go back in, inquire about why I wasn't sold the big bottle and ask if I can pay the difference. To which she said no, you can't, which made me say okay but I was under the impression I was purchasing a 100 ml bottle to which THEN she clarifies they don't carry the 100 ml bottles for sale. So I paid around AN EXTRA 35 dollars for my Jimmy Choo Ilicit perfume. Even if I did the math for both fragrances (Ilicit and Escada Celebrate Now), I would have bought them together for much cheaper online or in other stores.Considering the quality, and the scents not being as long lasting (as EDPs) I wonder if that's why they were under the buy one get one for $9.99 sale. I wonder if there's issues in quality as well as these are not choices I would go for, I tend to wear higher end fragrances - Marc Jacobs, Versace, Michael Kors, etc.Honestly, I don't know how this store has the high ratings it has because you're better off buying from other retailers like Macy's, Ross, online fragrance shops - heck even Walmart and Sam's Club for some of these overpriced fragrances. I shop at these places and find much better deals than what this shop did and I'm greatly disappointed. I can't help but wonder how many others have been ripped off. All I can say is the people they hire sure know how to distract customers into making unreasonable purchases.Please take your money elsewhere, this place literally SCAMS you of your money. Wish I could get reimbursed. Never again.

I visited today, Jarineth and Genesis were very nice, professional and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and at home. I will definitely be back for them.

Nice staff! They were very informative in terms of the difference between different fragrances and how long they last on the body. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars solely because I discovered I overpaid for the fragrances from them and could have gone to an actual mall or online and paid less. For example: D&G light blue is normally about $50 they charge $69.99 and that's because it wasn't in an actual box???? I would visit again but definitely research your fragrance prices first & negotiate your prices. I have checked out the other location in this mall that sells fragrances and they seem to charge a more competitive price point. I came in with a list of fragrances I wanted to buy but this location didn't have it, such as Coco Chanel etc...

The moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff.I had talked to Sierra and Ricky about buying some fragrances and man let me tell you these guys are good. They have such a good variety of fragrances from old school to new school. Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies and I loved that I felt so welcomed as soon as I stepped in. I highly recommend shopping here 10/10 ?

Amazing experience! Store was clean and organized, such a great selection. Cannot say enough good things about Ricky, he was so helpful and helped me with the selection of both a perfume and a cologne! 10/10 recommend working with Ricky and visiting Perfuroma!
