I was coming from Wilmington to go to this one because there were no other Nike stores in the area with good options. I was getting shoes for my son’s next year at school. The place was big and there were 6 employees there to help you. I know he will enjoy these sneakers.

Always a great experience when visiting this store ! The staff is so pleasant and friendly. They take the time to help find what you’re looking for and always have something special ! I wanna give a special thank you to two employees in particular Tia and Ashley C, y’all are the best. They always make sure to find the perfect items for my wife daughter and myself ! They both deserve a little bonus for their hard work and dedication to customer service ! -Lyriq says thanks !!!

I went to return a pair of shoes at this location for my mom that she had received as a gift. She had briefly tried them on within the household, did not go outside with them. Upon initiating today's return transaction, the customer service representative brought over her higher up to ask if she should "defect" the shoes. Then she muttered sarcastically that it was a "gift" to which the manager replied "they always say it's a gift". This is so profoundly rude to be speaking in front of your customers. They were a gift. I do not recommend this store.

Nice store and staff, but I was very disappointed in making a wasted trip to the outlet for them not to have the size I wanted. They fortunately were able to order them to be shipped to my home.

Prices were on the high end. On all of the boxes, there were no suggested retail price. I have seen the same sneakers for a lower cost.
